Research Mentorship Batches are designed as a structured pathway to learn research by doing it. Instead of theoretical training, you work on a real, publication-oriented project in a small, guided cohort, gaining hands-on experience across every stage, from idea to submission.
At the start of every month, we announce a new study, defined by study type and medical specialty. Interested participants review the topic and register to join.
Registered participants are onboarded and briefed on the research question, study design, and individual roles.
Participants contribute to literature review, data tasks, and writing with, continuous guidance from the team throughout. All statistical analysis is handled by our in-house biostatistician.
We manage journal selection, formatting, copyediting, and submission. On receiving reviewer feedback, we guide participants through the revision and resubmission process until the paper is accepted.
A structured, small-group program where you build research skills by actively contributing to a real, publishable study, guided by an expert team from concept to publication.
Clinicians and students who want to move beyond theory and gain hands-on research experience through meaningful contribution to a real publication within a structured, professionally guided environment.
Each month, our team selects a study topic based on current gaps in literature, emerging journal priorities, and feasibility for publication. Once announced, you can review the full program details and register if it is the right fit for you.
This track focuses on study types that are feasible without primary clinical datasets including systematic reviews, meta-analyses, network meta-analyses, and web-based original research.
Original studies conducted using online surveys, publicly available datasets, or registry and secondary data sources. No hospital data or institutional access is required.
Each batch is intentionally limited to approximately five participants per topic. This ensures every member contributes meaningfully, remains closely guided, and is eligible for authorship consideration.
You will contribute to literature review, data-related tasks, and manuscript writing with structured guidance and feedback at every stage. Active engagement in discussions and revisions is expected throughout the project.
We lead the study design and methodology, conduct all statistical analysis in-house through our dedicated biostatistician, guide manuscript structure and scientific writing quality, and drive the overall direction of the project from planning through to publication.
Yes. Authorship follows ICMJE guidelines and is assigned based on contribution. There are no fixed or pre-allocated positions. Roles such as first or corresponding author are determined by the level of responsibility and participation you demonstrate throughout the project.
Beyond the publication itself, you gain hands-on experience across the full research process from study design and analysis to peer review and revision. It is a practical foundation that strengthens both your academic profile and your confidence as a researcher.
We target indexed journals appropriate to your study type, specialty, and academic goals including PubMed, Scopus, and DOAJ-indexed titles, among other internationally recognised publications. Journal selection is always discussed and agreed with you before submission.
We review the reviewer feedback, strengthen the manuscript accordingly, identify suitable alternative journals, and support the full resubmission process. We stay with you until the paper finds a home.
Yes, and many of our participants do. Each batch offers exposure to a different study type and specialty, making it a structured pathway to building a meaningful research portfolio over time.
In the batch model, you join an existing study within a small peer group. The topic, design, and direction are defined by us. It is best suited to those looking to build skills and publications through guided participation. The Personalized Support track, by contrast, is built entirely around your individual project, timeline, and goals with a dedicated team working solely on your work.
We understand that clinical and personal commitments can be unpredictable. If you anticipate difficulty, we encourage early communication. Authorship and contribution are assessed at the close of the project based on actual participation, transparency on both sides ensures the process remains fair for all involved programme.
Expect to commit around three to five hours per week during active phases. Each batch runs for four weeks, after which peer review timelines vary by journal. We also provide guidance on the ethical use of AI tools to help you work efficiently without compromising the quality or integrity of your contribution.
Pricing varies by study type and scope. Reach out to us directly for current rates. Preferential pricing is available for participants enrolling in multiple batches.
