About This Workshop — 2 sessions

Unlike traditional statistics courses that focus only on theory, this workshop teaches you how researchers actually build and publish predictor models using NHANES data. Working entirely within the NHANES dataset, participants will learn how to create a MASLD outcome, identify clinically meaningful predictors, perform weighted logistic regression, interpret odds ratios, diagnose separation of events, and apply Firth's correction for reliable publication-quality analyses. The entire workshop is taught through practical coding in R using real NHANES data and publication-ready workflows.
